These experiences continue to shape her vision for The Little TINGs, where she is building a structured roadmap to bridge the gap between talent and access—teaching mentees not only how to excel, but how to position themselves to be seen, heard, and chosen.

Why The Little TINGs

I started The Little TINGs Mentorship Program because I saw how much the small things - the “little tings” - can shape a person’s confidence, direction, and sense of belonging. Growing up, I realized that access to guidance, encouragement, and relatable role models isn’t evenly distributed and that the gap can quietly limit potential.

I wanted to create a space where people feel seen, supported and equipped with both practical skills and the mindset to grow. The program focuses on those everyday moments: building confidence, making decisions, learning from mistakes - that often don’t get formal attention but have a lasting impact.

At its core, The Little TINGs is about connection and consistency. It’s about showing up, offering guidance and helping mentees recognizing their own value and capability. I started it to give others what many people, including myself at times, had to figure out on their own and to make sure they don’t have to do it alone.
