Driven by a passion for storytelling and personal growth, Jaixai is currently pursuing a transition to Berklee College of Music to study songwriting. As a singer songwriter, she believes in the power of turning ideas and emotions into meaningful expression and the confidence it takes to pursue an unconventional path. Having navigated her own shift from a traditional academic track to a creative one, she is deeply committed to helping others embrace change, build confidence and take the next step towards their dreams.

Jaixai Reineke is the Operations and Marketing Manager for The Little TINGs, where she leads event strategy, brand development, and community engagement. She oversees event planning and execution while managing the organization’s website and social media presence, bringing both creative vision and operational structure to the program. With a background in political science, philosophy, and event and meeting management studies at Purdue University, Jaixai has developed a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and experience design. Her professional background also includes event production, hospitality, and serving as Assistant Coordinator for TEDxProvidence, where she helps create impactful community-centered experiences.

I chose to be a part of The Little TINGs because I know what it feels like to question the path you are on, recognize the dreams you truly want for yourself, and find the courage to stop settling for anything less. As I have stepped into that space in my own life, I have become deeply passionate about helping others do the same, to discover who they are, build confidence, and realize their full potential. In my role as Operations and Marketing Manager, I am in a unique position to not only support that growth behind the scenes, but also to amplify it by showcasing the journeys, achievements, and impact of our mentees and mentors and highlighting everything they are capable of accomplishing through this program.
